Very bad place . Attitude of the costume rental sellers are really really bad . They by chance get people since it's present in the middle . There was this guy in the rental shop who had a very bad look on girls, instead I kept asking him costumes, he kept staring than showing it. So we had to complain to the main authority in the costume store. This guy became passed. And the costumes we took in bulk was already in a bad condition as it was white color . After we used it , it slightly became dirty, so when we went to return it , the guy whom we complained about starting threw the costumes on my mother's face , telling that it's in a very bad condition. I have been renting costumes in other places. We pay rent, we take it , it's their responsibility to wash it and keep it in a good condition. And also the guy in the costume shop asked us to pay rs.1000 extra , telling that it's really dirty. Just to take badla. Later the main authority there just made it less upto RS.500. Seriously guys , never ever go to this place . These people by chance get people , not that the costumes are good . Attitude of others also who are working in the costume shop is...

I had given silk saree to stitch bharatanatyam costume for my daughter which they had done over size. They don't take the measurement properly. Tailor is somewhere and shop manager takes orders and measurements. For teen kid they stitched adult costume. Horrible. Thankfully I took time for sample before giving the main saree for arangetram. They charge very very high for such horrible work. When I enquired in WhatsApp 3 months back cost was ₹5500/- when I gave for stitching he said base price is ₹7000/- n giving me a discount of ₹500- to ₹6500/- after stitching he charged me ₹8650/- as I added extra fleet and fan. Not reliable at all for costume stitching.

But their artificial jewellery shop is pretty decent. Huge collection but...

Horrible experience. I had bought earrings from them which broke. I came back to get fixed and they played around with me for 1.5 months. After all that when they said it’s done, I came to collect it and none of them knew where it is kept. The cashier wasn’t there, none of the staff knew where to search. They said they would call the cashier but didn’t bother. I travel about 45 minutes for this and they can’t be bothered. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service.

It has been 2 months now and still nothing. Every time I get the same excuse that it didn’t work and they have sent it to get it fixed. Absolutely the worst service I have ever come across. I will never buy from this...
