Sherlocks Pub Kammanahalli — Restaurant in Bengaluru

One of worst pub I hv seen in bangalore.we are the regular client .yesterday I went with my frnd taken entry fees per head 1 k.first of all they informed me to dance floor is not allow for stag people's in weeknd time. But we found some stag customer on dance floor. I think it's mutual setting they wl pay etc tips for guards.

But taken one table on roof top we just had food and bear ..we not drunk much also. Later we came for dance floor ..on side we are just dancing we not disturbing or mis behave with anyone also..because we are the professional peoples. we dnt have any intention came here just for the business discussion. Later one of the guard came politely he informed today dance floor is not allow for stag. So we felt bad we felt like we get insult infront of everyone. So we came down for to ask with front desk person. Once we started discuss with front desk guard .he is not ready to accept his mistake. He is scolding me he was talking arrogantly ,rude,attitude .later other guards his support only.. at last there are giving reason and blaming we misbehavd with girl that's y they not allowed. They has to escape there mistake that's y they given lie reason. Later discussion going on I said check with cc dnt say lei ..I know u guys made mistake not given proper information once we taken entry fees because u want to make money that's it. So we felt bad we not ready to compromise on this matter.because they thought we are middle class because we look like vry humble . Atlast we said we know whom to talk tmrw u guys wl ask sorry wait and watch.

Later front desk guard taking in vry rude way also using bad languages. Later he catch my neck and hit on my face without reason.

So we complaint police ..immediately police came they understandh what the issue happened. They also know from us side no mistake. Police ready to take him custody but we demand for apology. Later he said sry . Still he was not ready to accept his mistake. Later we thought leave it here only. Don't need snd custody he also working .because we have concern ..police also went back.

But these people's is vry arrogant they dnt know how to treat the customer. they thought guards means rodys .I never visit again also never suggest to anyone to this sherlock pub .for middle class people it's not a safe place.

I am also be a business man one of the good brand entity.i have good respect,recognization in society. Me or my staff never treat customer like this ..

This is samefull for sherlock pub private limited directors : @VinodhVenkateshwarababuMukara, @Vijay SimhaPerurShamachar, @Siddarth Balachander, Because it shows How the franchasi pub outlets maintaining the business and handling the customers.

But we are thinking to file defamation case against this entity. Because in my life journey I never got insult like this .

Once we file the defamation case then only entity also wakeup...

If I could give it negative rating I definitely would. Truly terrible experience. It was empty on a Saturday night. Drinks weren’t at par and the food was bizarre to say the least. When order masala papad despite saying clearly to bring it assembled, he brought the papad and masala separate. And the masala in the papad was mostly just onion with barely a few chunks of tomato and no seasonings. The nachos were terrible - mostly burnt and dry with barely any toppings other that dried up burnt cheese and again onion and few jalapeños. The salsa served with nachos was mostly ketchup with yet again chunks of onion.

Not to mention the service was poor. Despite it being a dead Saturday night at the pub, after making an advanced reservation and being seated for almost two hours, the server comes up to us and asks us to move to a different table cuz the table was “reserved” for their regulars. Nobody informed us before hand nor was their any reserved sign. He came to us an hour ago saying it was for a reservation and we just walked in and sat - when I showed him my reservation on Google Maps, he was confused and left to check and never came back with a response.

When asked to move after two hours of being seated and served, after raising a concern, neither the staff nor the general manager was the least bit apologetic and kept making excuses and comments like - “Arey why are you getting upset”, “we assumed you’d be done in two hours and vacate the table”, “sometimes these things happen”. Like I said before the place was dead on a Saturday night at 9:30PM!! There were about 10 other vacant tables but they made a big stink about a regular wanting a specific table where we had already been seated for over two hours.

Absolutely no regard for any customer service at all. Definitely do not recommend. Spare yourself the trip and money and stay at home or go to any other bar or pub in the...
