Flurys — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

The guy who took the order was very rude, i have been to flurys many a times to other branches. I have never faced this kind of behaviour. The thing i was just taking a video of mine and he said rudely said not to include them and cut them from my video. The funny thing was i didnot include them in my video also why would I? I find flurys really cute by ambience so i took a few videos of mine so that i could include them on my reel to post it on instagram. And the main thing was i ordered cold coffee with ice cream but they did not include icecream in my coffee. This kind of behaviour was not at all expected. He could have even said it properly. I dont know why I received such kind of behaviour. This my first time giving a negative review to such a brand called Flurys. Please look into this. I hate when people donot provide good behaviour to their customers. As good behaviour should be the first priority. I want atleast some action to be taken. An ardent fan of the Flurys chain- this one in Salt Lake is a favourite hang out place. Love all the dishes present here. Sadly most ppl I guess do not know much about this place or that Flurys have an authentic outlet here at Salt Lake at CK block. The pocket pinch is a bit high but that’s fine given the quality food they serve. 5 stars for staff courtesy, cleanliness, hygiene and ofcourse the food. Ordered a strawberry cream cake on Swiggy on July 29, 2022.

The store at CK-40 Sector 2, Salt Lake City, delivered a stale cake which tasted of sour cream. My 17 year daughter threw up after having one spoon of the cake.

This is horrifyingly apathetic on behalf of the store. Strict action should be taken to ensure that they cannot send stale food on online orders.
