Machhli Baba Fries - Salt Lake , Sector 2 — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

Had ordered 2 Items from the Restaurant checking on the Rating of 4.3. Though the packaging and presentation was good but the Quality of the Items were very very pathetic and disappointing. There was hardly any sign or Taste of Chicken in the Cutlet which has been named as Chicken Cutlet. Moreover couple of small pieces of hair was also found in it. The Fish Fry was prepared with a frozen strip of a Fish filet which was Hard and had no taste. the upper coating was not properly fried but most importantly the Fish Filet inside was horrible. Have never seen such kind of filet in a Fish Fry not even at the Street Food Stalls. Cannot even compare with any...

Basa fish used in Fish Fry, very less Fish in the fish fry compared to the price. Didnot received the order in full. Ordered 2plates of Gandharaj Chicken but received only one portion. When contacted the restaurant, they misbehaved and didn't accept their fault and said the delivery guy must have done something. Ordered Fish Fry which costs Rs 180 a pc, but considering the portion size and the fish used was BASA it is not at all value for money, however the restaurant claims to give Bhetki, which is completely not true. Over all not a good experience at all. bad Taste, Expensive and mostly importantly VERY Bad and RUDE Customer...

Ordered from them a few days back. The fries were very tasty and crunchy and well worth the price. I would definitely recommend ordering from them at least once. Also, I thing they are from the same company as Bhojohori Manna, so you know there is a good brand value there as well.
