Bakingo, I must say you are the best in your work. The cake was perfect blend of taste it was really fresh and soft also less creamy and sugary. Previously i always ordered many cakes from my near by location like Raro, Angel Basket and Raro cakes was my favourite. But after bakingo... no one stands.

Only two thing i didn't liked, though i received my cake in shape. They deliver on bike. I suggest please atlest deliver on scooty. Beacause risk level is comparatively less on scooty. Rider can keep cake on the floor or you can install insulated box on the back of scooty or even you can install on bike too. So even if vehicle get bumps, cake remains at its place. Because if anything happen, not only cake will get waste, occasion will get affected and ultimately your personal reputation. Secondly, teach you rider not to share any wording good or bad about their client in front of other client. This shows unprofessionalism.

BIGGEST LIARS IN TOWN The worst service ever . Please don’t use this service ever. I booked a cake for my mom for Mother’s Day. The booking was done well in advance . On Mother’s Day they sent me a delay message and when I contacted them they kept on telling me the delivery guy is on it’s way. My mom waited till 9.30 pm and the finally went to bed. They repeatedly telling me lies that the delivery is just half hour away and you will get the cake. Worst part when I contacted them again on same day they stop responding and never refunded my money . After around midnight I received an email stating they were not able to deliver and will deliver tomorrow morning . Please don’t get scammed they don’t care about customer . I wish they know how it feels when you want to do for your parents and because of such...

Not even deserve one star , horrible experience with the company. No delivery update and no response from the customer care. I ordered cake for my parent’s anniversary and they destroyed our occasion. The cake was ordered at 10.00 am in the morning and it was not delivered till 11.30 in the night . The delivery time mentioned in the website which I selected was between 9.00 am to 9.00 pm and since it was delivered till 9.00 pm we asked for the cancellation and refund of money but they didn’t cancelled it and without our convent delivered it at 11. 30 pm in the night. My parents unknowingly accepted the delivery which I have actually cancelled. I suggest you all not to order any cake from this company as it is not confined to one place because its customer care is not responsive and doesn’t care about...
