OYO 3863 Iris — Hotel in Kalkaji

Excellent hotel, located in kalkaji (just 10 mins from the Okhla industrial areas). The appearance of the hotel from outside is not very inviting but once you enter its a complete transformation. Rooms are spacious with a balcony (some balconies smaller than others). Their food menu is not over priced like most hotels and the food served is good. ||||Staff at the hotel are extremely courteous and friendly. All requests (like asking them to get something from the nearby market) have been taken care of and I haven't heard a "no" from them till date. Also, the GM Mr. Vinod Singh is present at the reception once we get back in the evenings and is always taking feedback to ensure our stay has been comfortable.||||Have stayed here a week and would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this side...

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. It was difficult to find the hotel because it did not display its sign well. We took 20 minutes and several inquiries to find it. ||||The amenities at the hotel are excellent, Air conditioning worked well, LCD TV had all the TATA sky programs. Hot and cold water was always available. Only vegetarian dishes are available but they are prepared in a very hygienic kitchen. The staff is helpful. The bathroom is smallish and there is no separate shower.||||I am disabled and was disappointed that the hotel did not have an elevator. The first few steps did not...

Such a pathetic and poor customer service...simply looting decent people. I had my booking for 4860Rs..(online payment done)..for a visit of 3 days...expecting what they display on reputed sites..goibibo...but what they did was giving my booking to some one else at probably higher price...procuring money from both parties...and when they had no option left out...they simply offered a store room...else wanted to cancel the booking at the last moment...creating nuisanceand trouble for the public...Stop cheating people...so unlawful and...
