Me being a fan of falooda Kulfi I revisited Giani's few days back and ordered the same. It was super dry and tasteless. I had the same experience last time I visited the place but thought of giving a second shot but highly disappointed. Not recommended to try falooda ice cream other options still...

The staff was impolite and rude. When I asked for 2 extra waffles with my order worth 300, they refused, stating that it's for other customers, or purchase extra ice cream scoops as well...
