The most worst hotel I have ever visited so far.I Booked two days stay with this hotel during my visit in New Delhi(May 25) through make my trip platform.Never did I little bit come to know that it was going to be horrendous experience that I would be repentant for booking it.every amenities listed on MMF did not work for starting from AC service to WIFi service to cleanliness.Most incompetent stuffs who don't bother about the sufferings of customers.I will recommend anyone not to book this hotel.. Otherwise you would be repentant for.Even the bed sheet and pillow covers were too dirty and Ragged that will embarrass the customers.If customer approach them they will not bother at all and divert attention to somewhere else by giving false excuses. The stay was good and the service was excellent. Breakfast was good quality and there was an abundant variety of cuisines available. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were also clean. The bathroom had good water pressure and all the lenins and towels were reusable so good effort by the hotel to be ecofriendly. Very worst hotel….We regret booking this hotel. Within just hours of checking in, the reality turned out to be completely different from what we were shown. The room looked fine at first glance, but soon we noticed dirty bedsheets, poor hygiene, and a foul smell. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the facilities promised were either missing or non-functional. The staff seemed careless and unhelpful when we raised concerns. Honestly, this was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had – definitely not worth the money...
