Farki (Ashram Road) — Restaurant in Gujarat

Worst service ever. Guy sitting at the counter is so rude and doesn't know how to speak to customers. Local brands needs to learn a lot in terms of customer management. Really wonder how come such people are recruited at front end which is the face of brand. Regarding my experience, I had ordered one ice cream and it taste was so worst compared to any other ice cream to which I complaint this to guy sitting at the counter. He just argued that our ice cream comes in this way only. On asking who is the manager, he said I am only the manager. I was embarrassed to see such a rude behavior and telling himself the manager.I asked for the refund as I felt it was not at all worth paying for such a pathetic ice cream to which he provided the refund but with such a bad attitude. Really not going for farki again.... Dont expect anything good...

I visited this place 2 days ago first time. I ordered an ice cream then Kesar Pista Rabdi. Ice cream quantity was 60 GMs/100 ML and, I was happy with quantity and quality.

However, when I ordered Rabdi which is my favourite sweet since childhood, I was disappointed with the quantity of it. They said it's 100 GMs but honestly speaking, it wasn't even half of the cup so I am writing this review.

I am not happy with Rabdi's quantity and someone from management...
