Pizza Hut | Ashram Road, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

They charged too much for only two small size pizza . It's 314 with GST, [STAFF HAS NOT INFORMED US THAT IT'S SMALL SIZE PIZZA ] EVEN after paying for it they not informed us in any way,and when we're asking for this then they say we had told u. AFTER knowing this all I want to cancel my order,then MISS. KHUSHBU FROM THEIR STAFF RIDICULOUSLY BEHAVES WITH ME AND SAYS THAT IT'S NOT RETURNABLE IN ANY WAY.THEN WE ALSO CONNECTED TO CUSTOMER CARE OF PIZZA HUT THEY SAY WE'RE NOT ABLE TO FIND YOUR ORDER EVEN AFTER GIVING ORDER NO. ALSO TWICE.

AFTER these all MISS. KHUSHBU arrives at our table and she just hit the plate on table just like we're eating it for free....it's too embracing and insulting.....

Still we have not argue about it with her,

although it's not good in taste in any way, also the base is too thick and soggy, toppings are less and we have ordered one double cheese pizza in one of it, it's not cheesy at all.

If option is to give ZERO rating I'll go for there. Why? There is no parking 1 Too much crowded and Soo small feels like selling pizza on a train station ( How Pizza hut give Frenchies to this small place) 2 No space for sitting 3 The table was too dirty and shaky that two people can't eat together 4 Toilets are more dirty than anything to compare ( I've photographs), some local dirty hand wash bottle like in public toilet 5 most of cook are not using any gloves 6 I asked about why AC is not working at all. Please don't go at any summer day 7 All of the catch-up bottles were open and some bottles got fungus also I think they are refeeling bottel to. 8 And some Italian pizza and other veggie pizza having stale veggies trust me it doesn't taste good at all. I ordered only two pizzas at 8:23 PM and even after 2 hours and 5 complaint calls, no satisfactory answer was given. Delivery was delayed by more than 1.5 hour, but still the nearby pizza hut gave no call back.! I was calling again and again and waiting it to be delivered...as I had trusted pizza hut delivery system, I had no backup plan for dinner this night. But at the end, I suffered a lot . It was the worst experience of all time and I think I won't trust pizza hut delivery again. But I just wanted to draw your attention towards the issue that customer faces the inconvenience. I would suggest you to ask them if there's some technical problem after so you can decide and plan for alternate options for meal and a worst review why I hated it !!! I hope you will take...
