Naturals Ice Cream at Mithakhali Circle is one of those places that never disappoints, no matter how many times you visit. The location itself is very convenient and easy to spot since it is right off the main road, making it simple to find even if you are visiting for the first time. As you arrive, the wide outdoor seating area immediately catches your attention. It’s spacious, open, and has a very welcoming atmosphere where you can comfortably sit and enjoy your ice cream with friends and family. The vibe here is casual yet lively, and the outdoor setup is perfect for evening visits when the weather is pleasant. When it comes to the ice cream itself, Naturals truly lives up to its name and reputation. They offer a wide variety of flavors ranging from classic favorites like chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla to their much-loved seasonal and fruit-based flavors such as tender coconut, sitaphal (custard apple), mango, chikoo, and jamun. The freshness and authenticity of taste make it stand out—every flavor feels natural and true to its ingredient, unlike the overly sweet or artificial taste you often find elsewhere.

I simply cannot believe this is the state of the brand which was once my favorite ice cream - by far. In my younger days in Bombay and Ahmedabad, this would be the default go-to place for a dessert fix.

My memories of even 10 years back are those of an ice cream which was creamy, rich, flavorful and simply amazing. But sadly, today it a far-cry from those days. Today, with my eyes closed, I cannot even differentiate between their Malai, Watermelon and Tender Coconut! It is unbelievable. All three are watery, and taste the same. And this test I have tried in Mumbai and in Ahmedabad. In fact, all their ice creams are watery nowadays.

On top of that, the staff at this Ahmedabad outlet are unorganised. Thus, even after payment, one has to follow up with the staff to fulfil my order. And, for some reason, this outlet has decided to discontinue providing tasting samples - in the name of Covid. Ridiculous. Because if they can hand out normal ice cream cups, and have people consume ice cream in their premises, what is the issue in handing out sampler spoons?

Their next door neighbor (which is also another brand of natural ice creams from Mumbai and is much better quality) happily provides samplers. Maybe Naturals knows that if they give samplers, then people would not buy their products, given the quality!!

This place is a disaster - I would strongly recommend avoiding it from a distance. Very unfortunate indeed. They had a such a market leader position, and they literally are melting that away...

We have tried Mango 🥭 icecream oneday.... It was very tasty and pulp was also added to it.... Kafi mast thi icecream 🍨

Another day we tried Coconut 🥥 icecream... Pulpy coconut was very much tasty... So freezy and cool..

Ice creams, shakes also available Staff was also very polite and helpful....
