One of the new trends to gain market access through Instagram reels , this eatery outlet somehow manages to live up to its expectations.
Smart pricing and an all in one man show display is played in a very convincing manner.
For instance Chole kulche is priced at ₹120 but with only one kulcha sort of roasted with oil ( or may be butter ). The chole is generally served dry in other outlets but chole ( may be made in oil ) here its in a gravy texture such that one kulcha is not enough to complete the gravy and for two kulchas the gravy is almost sufficient. Had to find the place by asking a lot of people, though it was showing nearby on gmaps. Such a petite board. Whosoever is doing this business, he seems Religious (which is good incense sticks and bhajans playing in the place) but shrewd businessman. Good luck brother, but This wont attract many customers, as i was the only guy eating at his place. Food should be reasonably priced and water is the bare minimum you should...
