GODAVERY BAKERY DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE A PART OF ANYONE’S SPECIAL OCCASION !

I ordered a Father’s Day cake yesterday from your Godavery Bakery, Janakpuri branch via Swiggy — not for myself, but for my brother’s kids, who were planning a surprise for their dad. These little kids scraped together ₹410 from their pocket money — not a small amount for children — just to bring a smile to their father’s face. Their excitement was unmatched.

And what did they get in return?

A half-destroyed cake with a message so poorly written it’s barely visible. Despite clearly mentioning in the cooking instructions to pack it carefully, the cake arrived in a condition that can only be described as careless and disrespectful.

You didn’t just mess up a delivery — you ruined a moment that meant the world to those children. A memory they were trying to create turned into a lesson in disappointment.

Will I ever order from this bakery again? Never. Will I ever recommend it to anyone? Not in this lifetime.

If this is how you treat special occasions, you don’t deserve to be...

seriously doesn't even want to give a star ....but had too ...dont just waste your money on this shop instead stay empty stomach or sleep ..... such a bad experience they have written burger as their speciality but it was so pathetic and ironical ....i ordered it and it was full of chapottle mayonise ..there was no cheese inside ..the bun was not freshh and that patty was sooooo yuckkk .....i was feeling like vommit after eating it ....had very bad experience ...please dont waste your money go buy some chips or packed snack instead of going to this...

Issue no. 7846875, raised the issue with MagicPin with proper evidences of partial delivery including delivery man's contact no. who confirmed the delivery as partial delivery but still MagicPin didn't took any action against Godavari Bakers and not refunded the money for not delivered items. Upon calling to the Godavari Bakers first time picked up the phone and then avoided my all calls. And denied the partial delivery....worst ever bakery in Janakpuri....never ever think of ordering from it. This is not the first incident.......they...
