Worst experience... Firstly, there was a hair in the Chesse Mushroom Puff and the puff wasn't fresh... I doubt at the Hygiene and quality of this place. The only thing i missed was to click the picture of the hair.. as I got so furious when I saw the hair and straight away went to the kiosk.... and guess what the in- change said, " ohh the hair was "inside" the puff... no problem you can take something else" .... I meam really!!! don't you guys care about the quality of the food you are making us eat?? Second, the prices are extremely high as compared to the other well-known bakery shops. A thin slice of pineapple pastry costs Rs. 40/- It is good that you have a good infrastructure.. but please focus on the primary part.. i.e food that you serve. --by Lip Smacking Food Community

Worst bakery. want to give minus rating. They r CHEATERS. I have ordered soft truffle cake and paid for that but they gave us vanilla cake. My kid's birthday was spoiled because of this as most of the kids likes chocolate flavour. The cake was so dry with very less cream. When I made a complaint regarding this to bakery they said they wll give a refund of Rs250/- which is not even the difference between the two flavours. It's not about money it's more about how sorry they were about their mistake. In explanation they r saying that the person has charged us wrong rate for the cake. How unethical this is and cheating their customers. Don't ever order from this bakery.

We had vegetable sandwiches delivered. These were two types one was vegetable grilled sandwich and the other was paneer tikka sandwich. The paneer sandwich was average not good but vegetable sandwich was better than the paneer one. These come with fries. Then we had also ordered pasta in white sauce. Pasta was not at all good. Too creamy too full of mayonnaise and it tasted heavy. Pasta was overboiled. Even sandwiches were quite creamy but still better. Sauce sachet was not good quality. We ordered for veg sandwiches. And these were nice. Accompanying sauces are not good. Small bread size.

Arre maje dar place ek dum. Variety is amazing. Be it cakes, starters, namkeens, etc. very little bit expensive than local but quality is also good. Can't say about cooked food items like chilly potato, pasta, chowmin etc. Because everyone has their own preferences. But variety is great. Mostly everything is available. I buy all cakes from here. But food from outside local street food vendors. Parking is available outside. Mostly you get some space to park. It opposite to ss Mota Singh+ St marks school Thank you i hope this was helpful

Pro- 1. Location is good just on main road 2. Taste I don't know much we only tried pastries and that was good and cost for one is around 80/- 3. Sitting area is nice. Cons- 1. Staff is not at all cordial. 2. When I asked him for pastries he just used his hand for serving the pastries neither using gloves nor using tong for holding the pastries this is really unhygienic, they should be very careful while serving,when I escalated the incident to manager he was apologetic but the serving person was rude on his part even ignoring the manager.
