Uncle Tony — Restaurant in Janakpuri

Yesterday, I went out with my friend to eat at a local eatery called Uncle Tony's. We placed our order and waited for quite some time. After 17 minutes, I politely inquired about the delay, and one of the owner's sons informed us that it would take an additional 5 minutes. However, after waiting for 30 minutes in total, we started feeling impatient. Feeling that our order was being unnecessarily delayed, we politely expressed our concerns to them, suggesting that it would have been courteous to inform us about the delay when we placed our order. Unfortunately, instead of addressing our concerns professionally, the other son of the owner displayed a disrespectful attitude, dismissing our complaints with a rude remark and engaging in argumentative behavior. Their demeanor was humiliating and insulting, marked by an unacceptable level of arrogance. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a seller before. To add to the disappointment, upon reaching home and tasting the food, we found it to be of poor quality. As a result of this unpleasant experience, we have decided never to patronize Uncle...

I ordererd tandoori paneer momos soya tandoori momos and afghani chaap roll. All items are stale and smelling. Even the staff agree that paneer and roll has smell. Still uncle ji is not worried and saying if two things has smell no problem pay for third one. It's not uncle ji problem whether u ate it or not.

Reply to your reply.. Wow..accept it that you are serving stale food. Wow... If food is stale as a customer I have right to tell you that it's stale.. I am. Also reading all your reply you just don't accept that you are serving stale food. You are an arrogant man and just here to reply your all lies or justify yourself. You staff is saying it has smell and you are justifying it has smell but it is not stale. Smell of what? You served me tandoori momos and your counter uncle is saying taste steam momos it is fresh.. Why I will taste steam momos.

Please serve fresh food don't play with. The health of customer and if you are serving stale food please accept it..

I ordered 3 thalis and 1 vada pav today, the rates charged us were hiked than what the Google menu and Zomato menu they had uploaded. After constant reminders to send me a pamphlet of menu to avoid confusion for parents to order as well, they never sent. The poor quality of food and packaging is shocking. They charged 60rs packing charges for thalis (image attached). This was my 5th order from the same outlet in 1 month. Each time the quality has degraded. They send WhatsApp images of latest menu after you placed an order and so it becomes difficult to catch up with their constant change in pricing and menu. The tandoori rotis were uncooked, they sent me burger instead of vada pav, dal makhni and shahi paneer tasted bad too. This was all when I had to wait for 1 hour...
