New Paris Cafe — Restaurant in Kerala

Located in broadway Ernakulam, a quick stop for all shoppers and tourists to grab a bite with decent refreshments. The place is well furnished, lit up and can be quickly seen being on the side of the footpath. The ambience is good with nice and decent chairs. Menu has good variety of non-vegetarian dishes including local beverages ie. Tea, coffee etc. Even the juices offered by the place is decent, which was proved well with the taste of the fresh pineapple juice served by the cafe. The services were prompt and very caring. The place accepts mobile nfc payments in addition to cash and card payments. Beware being in the broadway, kindly donot expect to have a parking space for your vehicles there as the cafe is just next to pedestrian pass in the thickly...

Very prime location at Broadway, next to Penta menaka entrance. Started functioning about a week ago and hasn't yet fired up to it's full potential. As of now during daytime only snacks are available which belongs to North Kerala cuisine specially to Thalassery region.

Quality of food is quite high and prepared under strict hygienic conditions.

I happened to interact with management and given to understand that a lot many varieties will be introduced in near future, Like different varieties of burgers and fried chicken.

Disappointing Experience

We recently visited the New Paris Restaurant in Kerala, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow; we waited far too long for our food. When it finally arrived, the quality was subpar.

I ordered a burger, and it was a complete letdown. The patty was ridiculously small compared to the oversized bread, making it an unbalanced and unsatisfying meal. The overall presentation and taste were poor, and none of us enjoyed our orders.

It’s safe to say that this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a while. We won’t be returning, and we can’t recommend this...
