I visited Urvasi Ladies Shop for Onam purchases for my friends, and I was really impressed with the overall experience. The shop has a huge collection of ladies’ wear and accessories – so many models and designs that it’s difficult to even count. From the outside, it may look like a small shop, but once you step inside, it opens up into a very spacious showroom with endless choices.

One thing that really stood out was the customer service. There are many staff girls available inside, and they provide excellent assistance to customers. They literally stand near you, patiently helping and guiding without any hesitation. No matter how crowded the shop gets, they continue to give attention and service with a smile, which makes shopping much easier and more comfortable.

Of course, during Onam it was extremely crowded – sometimes it was even hard to walk properly. Parking is also a bit of an issue since the shop is in a busy area. But I believe the heavy crowd was mainly because of the festive season.

I’d suggest prioritizing customer service and training staff to be more attentive and respectful. Small gestures like a pleasant greeting and attentive assistance go a long way in ensuring customers feel valued.
