Very Bad and Poor Sales executives.... Very pathetic behaviour frm their side... One old man is sitting there as if he is behaving like he knows everything... I asked for a good quality moonstone. With the typical blue glare of high quality.... He shown some poor quality stones. When I mentioned blue tint.... He said no such Shades in the world..& they r only having the best...and laughed at me...the same old man is doing billing also....

Fact is if we r browsing thru net we can see many types of stones available... Simply sitting with the knowledge of 1950..s.. Very little knowledge about gem stones... Saying about tradition and all....

Purchased a ring of Peridot also.. already gvn advance of Rs 1500/-..they told me to come after 10 days.. and later after 10 days ..I visited the shop to buy the same ..but I forgot the advance paid receipt bill... So they refused to give the product... I showed I'd card , my phone number and card gvn at the time of advance...but they refused...

Please avoid this shop... Their collection is also very few....

Best shops is their brothers Geeripai showroom in Palarivatom.. and the best in town...

We went to buy thala for baby.They told the making charge for thala was 7%. While payment they asked us card or cash payment.We told card payment.Later in the bill we noticed that they took 9.39% making charge.Up on enquiry they simply told 2.39 % additional charge was due to card payment which they didn’t mention during payment.Hence plz everyone kindly confirm about the charges prior making any payment. Also couldn’t find much...
