TokyoShop — Local services in Kerala

I visited this shop many times. I bought many products. And I was satisfied with their service until recently . They used to allow us to experience their products previously. This month I had a bitter experience. They didn't allow me to try out the product this time. When I requested them to allow me to check whether the product works according to my expectations, the sales executive mocked me.

The sales executives and the owner of this shop should understand one thing . The Customers who comes to your shop are capable of buying the same products online with discounted prices, with the item getting delivered at our doorstep. But we are still coming to shops like these on the expense of our valuable time and money to experience the product by seeing it , touching it, feeling it, trying it, checking how it works and to see whether it works as per our expectations and then buying it in person so that if is there is an issue with the product, we can come back and sort it out directly. But these days the sales executives' rude attitude reflects the shop's recent policy of not allowing the customer to experience the product. The sales executive tries to convince you that the product will work according to your expectations. But, when you demand to experience the product, they will rudely mock you by saying if you want a product which works according to your particular expectations, then you should contact the company and get it custom designed for you. The only reason for accidentally visiting this shop is because it occupies a prime location in Penta and being one of comparatively largest shops among the lot. Okay so I've found people mentioned about the customer service issues here and i almost agree to that.

Purpose of visit: I went to buy GoPro chest Mount, Insta 360 twin Edition transparent case( which is very good quality), Telesin helmet strap mount, and one tripod mount for GoPro (which i couldn't find in any other stores) I've got really happy and relieved when i found several mounts too which other stores didn't had and those are really good quality. Also I've bought some screws for GoPro mount too.

Staffs and sales executive: I'm mentioning this cause I've seen many people had to face problems regarding this. There were 4 people inside the store , 2 middle aged men and a young man and a lady at the billing.

Luckily the young boy assisted me and he was really helpful for me he has good knowledge about most of the cameras and accessories and he been a good company to me and showed all the products, though some products are sealed and if we're willing to buy he'll unbox it for sure...

Except the billing lady staff and this young boy the other staffs seemed not to be humble enough and had somewhat of (Jaada) .. .

Price: price isn't cheap or any and isn't higher too . It's the same price as of online. But I've got original GoPro chest mount at 1400 (online-3000) . The has good quality products and doesn't sell cheap.

Even after I've bought accesories for 6k atleast the young man and the lady at billing smiled at me, but those too men kept looking at me like I've stolen something...

WORST SERVICE EVER....Don't buy any products from here, if you care about service for the products you buy. We bought a motorola handset from this shop, it had a complaint in a week and gave for repairing, we waited for 3 weeks, tried calling them many time to know the status.. bcoz of the distance of travelling..they never pick up the call...one time they informed us to go and collect from shop informing they have replaced the phone, when went there, it was an old phone, cheating guys...they knew the fact and informed us they would get the product to our office in person, the next day when we called, they say again we have to go and collect...
