Asia Seven - Forum Mall, Kochi — Restaurant in Kerala

RIP OFF and RUDE : Yesterday 30th Aug I happened to visit Forum Mall Kochi and decided to eat from Asis Seven there. We wanted to order Chilli Chicken with Noodle which was ~INR 149 in the Asia Seven menu and asked to see the portion size for this cost and the guy at the counter showed as the bowl size. Once the bill was ready, I asked what the final price multiple times but he did not respond back and instead pushed card swiping machine towards me. But once he felt that I am not going to swipe he finally answered me that its INR 340.

I was like how come INR 149 in your menu comes to INR 340 and he was like its with tax. I asked what almost 100% tax ???? .... and then he said its bigger portion size that he keyed in and for INR 149 you get a meagre quantity. Like a small bowl in which you get raita when your order biriyani.

Then instead of taking any more orders from us he just turned around and went to chit chat with the guys in their kitchen completely ignoring us.

So any time you order from Asia Seven Forum Mall Kochi makes sure that what is in the menu+tax is what you are paying. These guys conveniently jack up your order to next portion size and RIP you off. Add to that their portion size is too small for the price you pay in other restaurants at...

I had a wonderful experience with Asia Seven. The food is fabulous. I am a vegetarian, the vegetarian items I order was amazing. Thank you chef. I also want to point out the amazing customer service at the restaurant by Mr. Jahangir Mondal. I hope I am not spelling his name wrong. He was absolutely excellent, even though it was super busy, he was very professional with each and every customer. Thank you Mr. Jahangir for your outstanding...

We ordered burnt garlic chicken fried rice, chilly chicken, fried mushroom and broccoli and pan fried noodles Among the above only fried mushroom and broccoli was good.
