Pizza Hut | Forum Mall, Kochi — Restaurant in Kerala

We went there and ordered food and gave them a valid gv as a payment option, theres nothing mentioned at the gift card whether it is accepted at certain outlets or anything, its clearly written it can be accessed in any outlets within India, and then they say the gift card is not working and that their system is throwing them some error. After contacting the pizza hut team they told me how the gift card is not redeemable at that location and when asked as to why is it not accepted in that location and that the gift cards t&c doesn't explain anything which says it cannot be accessed in certain stores the guy replies with i only know this much information that i have given u but i can place u an order in other outlet which might accept gift card voucher and when i told him to place that order he tells me its not available at that outlet too and he's sorry that he can't help me with the gift card. And on top of it i was forced to pay for all the items cause they couldn't cancel the order as it was already placed and that they cannot cancel it or the employee will have to pay with his paycheck. So we were forced to order on top of that gift card loss. Also the service was trash, the guy didn't know how to talk to customers, he was neither patient nor polite. The food was not so good, the pasta was ok, but the pizza had dry ingredients also the pizza which is literally named "mushroom magic" has the majority content as corn and the mushroom was ¼ the amount of corn available. Pasta lacked a bit spicy even though it was named "spicy Schezwan pasta". Not at all...

Me and my two kids one 6 and 12 walked into forum to get some pizza so my kids walked to Domino's which was crowded so I suggested lets go to Pizza hut where there was nobody went there ordered a awesome American cheesy pizza medium combo waited for 20 mins got our food and it was tasty they said do you guys want more they said yes went there ordered the same and while he was talking my order I said wait let me change it to large pizza coz the previous order drunk was there I said just give me the large pizza.the counter guy was like no no then he calls someone he says manager he said no we can't change orders I asked why he said no changing orders I said I have not finished order so what's the problem in changing my order he said company policy so he meant to say I pay 900 rs and eat the pizza of his choice not mine my kids were saying that's why no customers in...

Recently, when I came to Forum Mall in Kochi, I was confused as to where to have dinner. Finally found Pizza Hut.. Loved their attitude towards customers. 🥰 The food was hot and tasty. They served the food before the promised time... All the best to the team at Pizza Hut, Forum...
