Horrible after-sales service! No, let me rephrase that. Theyyampattil has NO AFTER-SALES SERVICE. They will make fake promises at the time of sales of their product and once the deal is done, they will feign ignorance when their customers approach them to take up on their promises made during the sales. They will blame their employees(now EX-employee for whatever reasons) for making "false promises" to the customers. And their store manager! Oh that man's audacity to lie straight to the customers faces! He is the icing on the cake of Theyyampattil, Edapally! A real gem!(That was sarcasm, in case you failed to notice) Absolutely unapologetic and arrogant. They broke our trust and we will never shop nor recommend this store to anyone. If they can't keep the promises made to their customers, they aren't qualified to run a business! No ethics at all. People, save your hard-earned money and shop from some place where they have proper manners at the very least. There are better furniture...

We had a very disappointing experience purchasing a teakwood cot from Homesoul. Despite assurances, the cot differed in design and finish, and it did not meet the quality or details we were promised. Such lack of transparency and deviation from agreed specifications reflected poorly on the seller’s reliability. For an expensive purchase like solid teak wood furniture, customers expect honesty, professionalism, and adherence to commitments - NONE of which we experienced here.

We were really impressed with the collection here. Their foreign/ ready made collection is good in terms of quality and finish. However, when it comes to customised orders, it appears that they are not competent enough to deliver the product according to customers specifications.

The response from the manager and assistant manager was very poor when we asked them to consider changes.

Customers should be cautious and insist on writing agreements if considering...

I had an occasion to visit Theyyampattil Home Soul, Ernakulam months back , while my apartment interior was going on. My requirement was for a customised L Shape premium sofa for my living room . I saw variety furniture, made of leather,wood and imported too. I never saw such varieties in any of the furniture showrooms across kochi.

Since I was extremely impressed with their collections , I ordered L shape leather sofa, which was designed by Mr.Shamseer , an excellent designer having innovative ideas .

Home soul delivered the product before the estimated time of delivery. The product was excellent.

Considering the excellence of the product, I again visited Home Soul for two more items , placed the order.
