Happy Idli — Restaurant in Kerala

I used to be a regular customer there because of the shop's location.The cashier person (bald guy with specs) is very rude to the customers. I heard him showering bad words to a customer who told him that he will get money from ATM as he didn't have cash in lower denomination with him. Cashier was telling "Cash edukathe ivan okke thinnan vannekkuva" . Once I heard him arguing with a elder lady when she complained about the bad taste of Idly. He was telling " Ithra okke taste undakkan pattu, venenkil kazhicha mathi" . That cashier charged extra money for using chutney with vada and Poori from me and my friend. I demanded a bill, but he refused to give. Such an atrocious behavior from that bast**. I will never recommend this place to any one. Any one with self respect will never go...

Just few minutes back had a very very bad experience at Happy Idli. I've been to this place many times and as usual when i ordered 2 dosa and 1 vada. I got a very unhealthy and cold dosa. When you order dosa you expect a hot or little warm at least. I called serving person and told him the same he said dosa is fresh and bought from hot pot. I asked him to touch and feel it. And demanded to give me fresh(how much time it will take to make 2 fresh dosa). Rather bringing fresh one he just walked away and standing near entrance door(an expression of "this is it, you eat it or go away"). Didn't expect this type of service from them. Poor services. Can some one suggest how and where to file...

Happened to have breakfast from this restaurant at Pathadipalam. It's very notable from the road on the left when you are coming towards edapally from aluva. A few bikes or two cars can be parked just infront of the restaurant. About the food, I had Masala Dosa, Vada and a cup of tea. Masala Dosa was tasty and in good quantity of Masala. Vada also freshly made in the morning. The side dishes were coconut chutney, Sambar and Tomato Chutney (I guess). Have a very good seating arrangement.
