If I could give zero star i would, such was the experience i faced in this pathetic place. I ordered a drink and it was really sour to the taste. I understand that it was meant to be sour but they didn’t prepare it properly which made it even more sour. I took a few sips and then I understood I couldn’t continue. I raised the issues with the people there. I have never faced such a reaction from restaurant officials as they did in this particular CCD. They were telling me this drink is meant to be sour and they can’t do anything for it while i expected a quick fix on the drink / even replacing it like most restaurants do. Pathetic service.

This café truly deserves a rise! The food menu is excellent, and the service is admirable. Being here always feels like a refreshing relief. I’m a regular customer, and the staff are consistently well-behaved and welcoming. I’d especially like to mention Sreeranjini, Praveena, Abhijith, and Roopesh — they excel at guest relations. Whenever I visit, their presence creates a home-like atmosphere. I sincerely appreciate how warmly they treat me every time. It’s sad to hear that Abhijith and Roopesh are leaving after completing their course, but I’m really glad they considered me while saying their farewell. Thank you so much, guys!
