I am a regular customer from this sweet shop.as my school.is in this locality.Shree Krishna sweets are mouthwatering and delicious. One cannot but have to take these yummy sweets with them. Price is okay. Only thing i felt bad for , is some cashier have taken more money than the sweets.and it had personally happen to me thrice.I never complained , thinking and assuming that maybe i am wrong. But on durga chaturthi this year september last day of my school , i shopped from there lots of sweets and 1 particular chocolate ice ream stick sweet for my daughter ,which was missing wheni went home. I normally make payment via phone pe, so there is a record of that. But they never issued any bill. Tally woeks are generally done after rsaching home .And more often we dont even tally sweets with money paid. But that day my daughters favourite sweets were missing , so i first tallied my payment with those sweets. Then i came to know that they hv charged , but wrongly could not bag it. I called up there at the shop the next day and narrated the incident which they denied.. Today on 29th oct , as our school.opened i went there and i took some sweets and queried about my last sweet shopping , which they repled that they dont know anything , and why would they charge falsely and all.Behaviour is rude and rough.Some were new staffs who dont know what happened. And today also they have charged extra than the number of sweets i took.Again i made a call after reaching home. Their concern towards a regular customer is only denial.and counter questioning. I am shocked at their behaviour. Everything regarding sweets and its quality is 5 star but the way they are treating their customer (regular) is pathetic. Why would one purchase sweets from them after knowing they are not bothered at all for the customers losses.. I am feeling bad at their rude behaviour.They should show a lil courtesy and modesty towards...

Sri Krishna Mistanna Bhandar at Esplanade is a classic stop for those seeking authentic traditional Indian sweets. Their Hing Kachori with Aloo Sabzi and Mishti Doi (sweet curd) are popular breakfast and snack items. Their papri chaat and dahi vada are also good as per the price paid but it could have been more luscious. Kulfi is satiating with some faluda served on it.Its hot served lencha is worth trying...

I believe that it is the most amazing mithai shop in burrabazar. But day by day they are becoming arrogant and sometimes they misbehave with customers . One should never forget that the people are the main source of something that has become famous and well known.

They have some untidy staff who serve the food.
