Our experience with Kajaawa is very much satisfactory. We had booked 3 different cabs during our meghalaya trip. All the cab drivers were so punctual. We had to change and modify our plans frequently asked per our preference and time schedule. The customer service executive at Kajawa was helping and modifying our plans according to our request even at the last minutes without any hesitation or confusion.our return cab to Guwahati Airport was booked by us by the late night and we were very much surprised to see the confirmation at 1.30 am itself and the driver had contacted us by 6.30 am itself which shows their dedication to their job.

Special mention to Mr Suchiang, one of the cab drivers. He was not just a cab driver but also a good guide and friend to us. We really enjoyed his company. He took as to each and every spots that mentioned in our package and explained in detail about each and every aspects of those spots as well as we had many discussions about the life and culture in meghalaya etc.
