Ricebowl Restaurant & Caterers — Restaurant in Meghalaya

I visited the restaurant, while the food was just average, the hospitality was incredibly poor. We ordered butterscotch and strawberry milkshakes, expecting something cold and refreshing. Instead, we were served warm shakes with no ice and no sweetness—completely unappetizing. When asked, the staff casually said, “No ice available.” That’s something they should have informed us upfront, so we could have chosen something else instead of wasting our order. To make it worse, the waiter later placed a bowl with just a few ice cubes on the table—as if it was our job to fix the drinks ourselves. For a restaurant that’s been running for years, this kind of careless service is unacceptable. Average food combined with poor communication and no customer courtesy—definitely not worth the visit. Feels like they’re focused more on quantity...

It was the worst experience ever.... I often go there to eat but everytime I go i will always have to deal with rude servers. I ordered prawn butter garlic fried rice and got raw prawn. What startled me was when the server himself told me that the manager cannot control the cooks/chefs in the kitchen, which make me question why have a manager then... I have the worst experience in this restaurant, the waiter was very rude and not polite and we were very angry we almost left except one waiter help us with everything and make us feel comfortable, who is wearing a cap was very polite and well mannered thanks to him for that day i truly recommend other to not go there save your money and go somewhere...
