Pizza Hut | JM Towers, Shillong — Restaurant in Meghalaya

I am a pizza fan and can eat more than any medium pizza alone.. i mostly eat at Domino's so to know who is best i thought to go to pizza hut.. tried their pizza and would say it was js ok taste wise.. i love the way they serve, not like Domino's to serve in a cardboard box..

Their pizzas are more to dry if not added extra cheese.. i didn't find the kick .. and teir menu is also quite tricky as if you order one pizza then rate is different and if u buy 2 pizzas then rates are different which is very tricky for first time customer..

I love the way they have maintained their brand value by maintaining the ambience and small messages about pizza hut..

And their momomia is a complete disaster so i didn't even try and their baked momo which is around 170 something is a complete disappointment . Js 4 momo and a little cheese, pizza sauce..

For better taste i will...

The worst & worst serrvice I got in my whole life. First teach the person who was in reception how to behave with the customers. Water was not provided in the table and when suugested to provide the water in the table, he said this is not a dinning.. We went to pizza hut thinking that the quality and specially the service to be good but it was my worst experience in this bloody pizza hut.. Customers have to go to the receiption several times for taking water in between when they eat.. For this kind of reasons dominoos is far above than pizza hut. People eats either the pizza of dominoos or they will eat roadside pizzas but will not go to 4th class service provider pizza hut... This kind of MNC's comes to India and disrespects Indian people.. Same on them.. Report will come out in the national newspaers to ban pizza...

Went here pizzahutNongmynsong with my friends and I had to make UPI payment twice because of horrible network inside the shop. My first successful UPI transaction was not detected by the machine though money is already deducted from my account and they told me I will soon get a refund and ask me to pay again which was finally successful. I still haven't received my refund till today though. After a week of not receiving the refund, they told me to send an email which they end up rejecting and blocked my email. I have my transaction history as proof so I'm thinking about taking legal actions as the ammount i lost was not very small for Students like me. It also seems that I am not the only one having issues with payment especially through online payment so the company seriously need to look on this issue as soon...
