An excellent midrange restaurant Visited Shabari for a quick lunch It’s right near the Santacruz Station and so easily accessible to the office going crowd It’s nearly always full but the turnaround is also v fast There is seating in two levels for those wanting aircond to sit in an Ac section and a non AC section as well Ambience is average and pretty basic say 1/5 Cutlery is basic and should be improved on 1/5 Service is efficient and courteous 4/5 Specially wish to commend Guddu Shah who took good care of us Food: 4/5 Ordered Pav Bhaji : no other word than excellent Rawa Onion Masala Dosa: The dosa was crisp but the potatoes very okayish The sambhar was watery and after the first taste : left it The chutney was mediocre so wont be recommending their South Indian fare Schezwan Rice : nice and light and just right Kulfi Falooda: we ordered two to share amongst six and were very happy with the dessert Recommend this as well Rating it a Four because of the food and the service The cost came to about 180...

It is 2 minutes walking from Santacruz railway station. You can also take bus number 231 and get down at Santacruz station bus stop. Talking about the accommodation, it has 3 sections. One is non-AC and other 2 are air conditioned. One of the air conditioned section is kind of like a private space, specially family or groups meals whereas other 2 sections have quite separate seating. The food is reasonably priced and good in taste. They are available on zomato for food delivery
