The Red Chillies Cloud Kitchen and Catering — Restaurant in Mumbai

We visited the red chillies on a weekday for late lunch. Though weekday the place was quite crowded. The service was excellent and it has some good menu options, mainly covering Indian and Chinese cuisine.

We tried a combination of Chinese and non-Chinese items and here is my take on the things that we tried

Veg Manchao Soup - We started with veg manchao soup. The soup had ideal consistency with a nice aroma and marvelous flavors.

Chicken Lollipop - You can't really go wrong with this. Lollipops were fluffy and enjoyable. Perfectly crisp outside and tender inside.

Veg Seekh Kebab - I normally don’t like seekh kebabs because they are dry but to my surprise this was amazing. The kebebs were moist and packed with flavors. Also loved the chutney that came with it.

Aloo Gobi Paratha - Nice fluffy paratha. Most of the time the filling is only in the center and the sides are dry spoiling all the fun of paratha. But here the filling covered the entire paratha well and was delicious. The paratha is served with dahi and pickle.

Veg Burnt Garlic Hakka Noodles - Looking at it we thought we might not be able to finish it. But it was excellent and we finished it all. Good taste with lovely flavors of garlic.

Dessert - In dessert, we ordered for rasgulla and gulab jamun. I think they use a canned product because gulab jamun was chilled. I did not try rasgulla but my friend thought...

Red chillies is one of the most innovative and authentic restaurant in versova.This place serves the best dishes whatever you order.You will never have to compromise with the taste.the ambience and the decor!!!😍😍 It is maintained very beautifully and with great hygiene. There were 2 mocktails in the drinks arena which were served to us pinna colada and lady of the mist-refreshing and mind-blowing!! The pinna colada was made with pineapple juice and ice cream which super cool. Drums of heaven -massive chicken drumstick were tossed in chilli sauces and it was AMAZING!!! Chicken kalimiri tikka-this was favorite dish from the restro.the chicken was soo tender and juicy. Ahhhh loved it. Chicken lababdar tikka-this gravy was the best and the butter naan with it was the perfect combo.the thick chicken gravy had spicy and a northern flavour which made it soo special. Chicken dum biryani-we were already full but the biryani was soo mouth watering and the flavors were too good!!! Poor experience with the staff!!

Well, the food was excellent. No doubt about that. Would highly recommend visiting the place just just the food, but a word of caution is to make the staff serve you for the experience we witnessed.

We asked for a 500ml thumbs up, out of courtesy we offered to pour our drink ourselves. Upon opening it; it all spilled out as we barely got half a bottle to drink and were charged for it too. Upon bringing this to the attention of the guy at the counter, he asked the waiter who claimed that we served it ourselves. It looked like since we served it ourselves, we had to pay for it.

Despite the food being nice and tasty; the experience hasn't convinced us to return...
