The so-called Junglee Chicken Sandwich had one slice of salami with some mayonaise - no shredded chicken or pieces. Awful!. The chicken patty was full of batter and a small portion of chicken kheema in some tasteless stale masala. Yucky. Chicken lollipop has a thick coating of oil soaked batter, below which was the chicken flesh in thin layer on the bone. The chicken biryani is just about passable. If you buy eggs, make sure to open the cartons and check if the eggs are cracked/ broken. The staff are known to palm off broken eggs and takes offence if you open the carton to inspect the eggs before you pay. Recommend you buy only raw chicken here. They are fresh. The sausage & salami has a trace of chicken and more of atta/ filler. Highly avoidable. Don't go by the photoshopped photographs on the walls. Fish has been preserved in chlorine. Avoid. Go to Citylight Market instead and enjoy haggling and buying fish there. Finally, check the bill. Don't take the stated amount at face value. The arrogant cashiers try to rush you and are known to overcharge or charge for extra items that you have not ordered. The price on the board is not the same as that charged on the bill- they overcharge. When you question, the cashier will rationalise that prices has moved upwards since the last update on the board. The staff are arrogant and cocky. They are doing you a favour. If you don't accept their arrogance and cocky attitude, step aside, the guy behind you is more than keen to buy their stuff and throw money without asking so many questions and checking out the merchandise. Respected Sudanshu sir, I am the customer of Prabhat Poultry, Shivaji Park branch for years and I must say all your chicken products are on par with any top companies of the world. Infact, my family refuses to eat chicken or chicken products if they r not of Prabhat Poultry. I don't need to say anything more. Infact my whole family including my brother, parents & other cousins who stay at Hindu Colony r the clients of ur Shivaji Park branch.However, I have observed that one of ur staff wearing spectacles is extremely rude with the customers and behaves as if he is doing a great job by selling the products. Ur young cashier will tell u his name as he has refused to divulge his name. It seems he is taking some bribe from some clients when selling chicken curry pieces. I had come today to buy 5 kgs of curry pieces.At first he agreed to sell but when some 'known customer ' came , he to buy the same item, he refused to give me 5 kgs. And offered me 2 kgs instead @ When I argued with him he raised his voice unreasonably . Sir, this is not expected from a sales person. I have a feeling that he is taking some 'under arm" payment from some customers known to him. His behavior was extremely rude. On Ultimately one lady intervened and the matter was solved. Sir ,I was refused 'curry pieces' at 8 am on Sunday .Was told that they r finished !! But today, I was the first customer at 7.30 AM !! Kindly take a note of it and take appropriate action action this staff. Thanking you, Yours...

Prabhat Poultry ....Once upon a time fabulous place for raw chicken and snacks...Story ends here...Now highly overrated and Rude staff especially the manager who sits in the corner... I had gone to buy eggs and saw fresh roast chicken which they normally sell..When I asked for half roast chicken, the person was about to cut the fresh roast chicken, when this lady stopped him and said we already have one and asked him to give that . He cooly removed the half roast chicken from the fridge...when questioned if it is fresh he said NO without batting an eyelid and said it is yesterday's... I told him I don't want stale, give me a portion of the fresh roast chicken , they just refused to give that....I mean what the hell....are you paying for stale chicken here. Makes me wonder....it hardly mattered to them when I told the guy sitting on the cashier counter that they refuse to give me fresh roast chicken, his reason was we don't have anyone to cut and give you so we are offering you the half portion which we have (leftover one which was refrigerated overnight). I just left from there disgusted.They just lost a loyal customer, I know it hardly matters to them but looks like it is the start of their downfall unless they don't wake up and treat customers...
