Bunty Juice Center — Restaurant in Mumbai

The Buntys( thats what people call this place since decades ) has been successful in serving juices and shakes inspired from Bollywood names.

This place reminds of Bachelors where cars are lined up around on the road and families , friends enjoying sandwiches & shakes inside their car.Though the people visiting them cannot be compared but for the people living in the nearby vicinity it is an age old popular place to visit during night time.

Over the years this place has tried to remain consistent in the quality with continuous upgradation in their menu and also few changes in their seating arrangement.A recent visit to this place with my friends turned out to be pretty average or you can say it was underwhelming.

The juice counter is decorated with various fruits hanging from the top,some piled on the side with flags of various countries on it.The place was largely occupied with families living in the vicinity who come to this place to compensate the burned calories after a night walk.We quickly ordered crisp Phalguni Pizza and Punjabi Grilled Sandwich.The pizza was small in size but had good amount of toppings like american corn,jalapeons,capsciums,olives and liquid cheese on it.A perfect especially to satisfy your late night hunger.The Grilled on the other hand turned out to be disappointing.The grated cheese clearly was of bad quality may be because of some inferior additives.The thick potato chips were oily to eat.

With its most unique and some amazing combinations it would be a wise decision to directly ask the server for recommendations.They also dish out free taster shots.The server quickly brought Action Jackson and kulfi falooda.The Action Jackson was a winter special item with fresh strawberries which were actually tangy in taste,milk and strawberry syrup.I found it quite overpriced and mediocre in taste.The Kulfi falooda had tuti fruti along with the regular ingredients in it.A surprise ingredient in it was crackle that we used to eat in our childhood days which when consumed used to sizzle in the mouth.This item brought back some good old memories

Though Buntys offer wide variety of things but in recent years the quality of the products have degraded.I am sure after surviving for so many years they will make few quality adjustments and continue to offer some unique combinations of juices and shakes.

Its a hidden gem located on the busy streets of borivali, at just 10 mins walk from the station. This place serves quick bites in the form of fries, nachos, sandwiches, kebabs, pizzas & pastas, juices and some kickass desserts. Their USP is the menu names which is inspired from Bollywood. They usually have a dessert named on upcoming bollywood movie. Some of the menu names are : RajniKanth Pizza, WhatsApp Pizza, Bahubali Dessert, Mein Akela Tu Akela Juice, Sanju Juice, Toofan Falooda, Talaash Kabab, Laila O Laila Juice, etc etc. If you want to know about a particular item on the menu(since the names don't give much detail) , you can ask the waiters as they are well versed.

The ambience is decent, they also have an AC section. You can go to the other side to see their collection of different types of glasses. The presentation on the dishes is really good and kind of cute here.

Few years back, I used to admire this place a lot for their uniqueness, but now i find it overpriced but i'd still recommend a one time visit.

If you are here, i'll recommend to skip their juices(more of flavoured syrups then real), and try their desserts

On my way to Borivali Kora Kendra, Mumbai, I found Bunty Juice Centre and it is popular due to serving the best fruit juices and milk shakes.

Since it was my first visit, I was very excited to taste some delicious food and juices.

Here you find they also serve fast food items like Pizza's, different varieties of Idli etc.

In the menu I found some eye catching names of Pizza and upon recommendation from the serving boy, I ordered Rajnikant Pizza, Watermelon Gulkand Juice and Mango Lychee juice.

No doubt I found the stuffing of the pizza is quite good and you can see in the image that I clicked but to my dismay, the pizza wasn't really hot, neither was it at a normal temperature too.

So if you place an order, please make sure that you instruct them in advance. Overall i didn't enjoy the pizza and I didn't get that WoW factor after eating it.

The juices were awesome, that's why my overall rating is 3 ⭐ instead 2 ⭐

Cost wise I feel the snacks prices are high and not really worth spending ₹250 or ₹300 and above per serving for sitting in Non-AC

For Juice and Milk Shake due to the quantity and quality, prices are similar to the restaurants.

One more thing, service is a bit slow and they don't serve water, so kindly carry your own bottle rather than spending on a mineral water bottle.

Limited space for 2 wheeler parking available, for 4 wheeler, they have their man on the roadside who guides...
