Creepy sales attendant peeking through cracks into dressing room.

I visited Nicobar today while walking through Khan market. I asked a sales attendant to try on a polo in the dressing room. When I opened the door after trying on the shirt, there was a sales attendant with his face inches away from the crack of the dressing room door. I was thrown off and asked why he was staring through the cracks of the door and he only said that he was using the mirror which is in the center of the outside door, not near the crack where his face was. After that he just kept staring at me and not saying anything. I put the shirt back onto the rack and I left feeling incredibly uncomfortable. None of the other sales associates that were standing nearby said anything else.

I had a terrible experience at this store. First of all, it was clear that they were severely understaffed. There was only one person at the register, and the line was backed up for ages. I tried to find someone to help me locate a few items, but there was literally no one around to ask.

On top of that, almost everything on my list was out of stock. The shelves were either completely empty or had random items scattered around. It felt like they hadn’t restocked in days, maybe even weeks. I ended up leaving without most of what I came for.

Overall, this store is just not worth the hassle. The lack of staff and poor inventory management made it a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be back...

We had placed a bulk order from Nicobar (Khan Market) a couple of months back, but unfortunately, the quantity was incomplete when we picked it up. Despite multiple follow-ups through calls and messages, responses were inconsistent and quite delayed. It took almost two months before the missing items were acknowledged.
