Being myself in the FMCG industry, I understand the challenges of the industry and also the frustration a customer can have in dine in experience, sharing my thoughts on the same for this outlet..
As soon as I walked up the stairs of the outlets in excitement to eat my favorite childhood roll for lunch, my feelings were going down the drain as the outlet was weirdly smelling , as if the mats or the floor was not cleaned properly since a long time which you would not expect from a restaurant…
Ignoring the same , I got myself billed for a Haryali Kabab roll .. The outlet was empty with just 1 lady eating and myself , May be the chef’s were busy packing for online orders … After sometime when I got up to inquire about my order it seemed they were so lost and busy with online orders , not respecting the time and efforts of a walk in customer who has come specially to dine in.
Disappointed and hungry I asked the cashier to refund my money because of the delay , The Store manager standing next to him was so arrogant and rude and started shouting at me , without being patient to hear me out or calming me down and asking me to please wait .. he was just shouting …
I wonder what training is given to the staff and mangers , I am sure their product is A1 but worst customer service …
Think twice before going , better to order online, surprisingly they value it more…
Good luck for your future endeavors..
You just lost a loyal and...
Read moreWell this place stands by its quality and taste. If you go to Khan market, it's a must visit for non vegetarians. If you not tried their kebabs and tikka then definitely you have missed something big in your life.
Had Chris mutton and choline tikka/rolls and they were melt in the mouth. Full of authentic spices, nicely cooked and roasted and served hot. Tikka was really juicy from inside and the pieces were of right size.
The only thing I disliked about them is the serving plates. Definitely needs improvement and the disposable plate they use are of cheapest quality as used by road side shops. You definitely don't expect to eat in the same plates when you are eating with a brand like Khan Chacha.Well this place stands by its quality and taste. Read moreKhan Chacha is one of the few places where I definitely drop in when I come to Delhi. Everytime i come by, I order the Spicy Chicken Tikka roll and the Mutton Seekh roll. Fair bit of warning though. The Spicy Chicken Tikka roll is not very very spicy (for people who eat spicy on a regular basis) but for people who don't regularly have spicy on a regular basis, it might be a bit too much for you. The rolls are slightly expensive, but the taste compensates for the price and i think Khan Chacha knows that. Try pairing your roll with a shikanji. It might soothe your tongue when you eat the spicy chicken Tikka roll..
Warning - I can vouch for the food at Khan Chacha, Khan Market as long as you are ordering from the Non Vegetarian part of the menu, the moment you switch to the vegetation part, I'm sorry my guarantee is not applicable. The Veg Biryani is definitely not a biryani and inclining more towards veg pulav. So you might want to be careful there. The non vegetarian food is what the restaurant is famous for so I havn't reduced...
