Hotel Cilantro, Viman Nagar — Hotel in Pune

The hotel was a horrendously bad and abysmal. the hotel room we were provided was full of cockroaches and smelled like a dungeon. We asked the hotel staff to clean It properly and despite the same, the smell was unchanged. there was no soap/shampoo provided. no linen provided. no hot water and the toilet seat was extremely unclean. hence, we checked out on the first day itself but the hotel staff failed to report it to MMT. we are disgusted by this experience and won't be advising anyone to book this hotel. The room service was really good but the room was not that good enough... There were many cockroaches in the room, which was a very disgusting experience... Also the bathroom door was not working properly... One should refer to this hotel only if you don't have any other option... Otherwise please do go for other...

I stayed here on my visit, there wasn't stairs for all the visitors available, only lift which was scary. All floors were having an odour of alcohol and cigarettes smoke. That was unpleasant. On complaint, service boy responds, water will revoke in 30 min which wasn't the case. Air conditioner...
