TFS Lounge - International Terminal — Local services in Tamil Nadu

Pretty bad lounge . I was there a short time and then left to wait at the gate because that's better than their lounge. Everything looks good and pulls you in, then you find out it's all bad. The lounge looks nice but you soon find out it isn't. It's poorly designed with everything too close and laid out to give you even less space. And there just isn't much seating or tables in general despite the bad layout.

Also the food looks good but is bad too. Things are really tough when they shouldn't be, kind of tasteless, bland, and there's a small selection of not very good dishes. Some examples are dosa that's bland, has very little filling, and is very tough. Or a chicken curry where every chicken piece is mostly big bones with lots of tiny sharp bone shards that are extremely difficult to find and remove, which can be very dangerous.

The bathrooms are also dirty, not well stocked with a lot of empty supplies, and poorly designed again with the same problems I mentioned before like not...

There are currently three travel club lounges in Chennai international airport. One is opposite to gate 17 ( level 3) and second one is near gate 11 and third is next to 16 (both in level 0) . I went to the one opp 17 to avail my regalia MasterCard complimentary visit, but was diverted to this one near which is near 11 due to some swiping machine malfunction there. Vanakkam. My stay at TFS Lounge , Chennai International Airport 01st July 2025 from 05:45 - 07:20. Ms. Galaxy from Kayankulam was at the front desk and her professionalism in accommodating the guests was commendable. The staff Mr. Muralidharan from Theni, Ms. Monisha from Bihar rendered their service with professional courtesy and friendliness. Chef Mahesh from Kanyakumari served the orders requested with a professional smile on his face with authentic South Indian touch in his cooking. I enjoyed being there. Thank to TFS...
