Pretty bad lounge . I was there a short time and then left to wait at the gate because that's better than their lounge. Everything looks good and pulls you in, then you find out it's all bad. The lounge looks nice but you soon find out it isn't. It's poorly designed with everything too close and laid out to give you even less space. And there just isn't much seating or tables in general despite the bad layout.
Also the food looks good but is bad too. Things are really tough when they shouldn't be, kind of tasteless, bland, and there's a small selection of not very good dishes. Some examples are dosa that's bland, has very little filling, and is very tough. Or a chicken curry where every chicken piece is mostly big bones with lots of tiny sharp bone shards that are extremely difficult to find and remove, which can be very dangerous.

One is opposite to gate 17 ( level 3) and second one is near gate 11 and third is next to 16 (both in level 0) . I went to the one opp 17 to avail my regalia MasterCard complimentary visit, but was diverted to this one near which is near 11 due to some swiping machine malfunction there.
