Biggies Burger: Aero Hub — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Good food but the service is bad!! They took about 45 mins to get my order ready and they messed it up so bad! We checked the order and found out one of our burgers were missing and the fries were missing and the mojito was not the flavor we ordered. They fixed it and then when we came home we realized the two other burgers weren’t what we ordered but the food tasted good. I requested them to name the burger boxes so I can identify it. Since the good was good we went to the shop again and ordered what we accidentally were given the previous time since the box said it was an American cheese burger. But this time we ended up getting something entirely different. They don’t name their boxes with the item name and upon request they just put some random name on it. The service is bad these people aren’t trained to do their job. They are just so unprofessional!! The burgers are very good but if this service continues I don’t think the Biggies Burger will survive this...

I have been to biggies at various outlets, and I made a judgement error, hoping this would stand to its name too.

Ordered an American cheese burger meal. The burger had no cheese, and it seemed like they just threw some ingredients together and gave it lethargically. With their pricing, such behaviour is unacceptable. The drink was very bland too.

I had to tell them to remake the burger, as they mentioned in the menu, and guess what, this time they burnt everything. As it was getting late, i had to leave and be okay with whatever they gave.

The burger tasted bitter and it was such a waste of money. Never gonna step into their outlet here in aerohub. Better try the one at Nexus...

Dropped by Biggies Burger at Aero Hub recently, but overall, the experience was quite average.

Tried their Double Deck Original Chicken Burger. While the bun was soft and looked appealing, the taste was a huge letdown. I'm not sure if that's their signature flavor, but it tasted strange and was hard to enjoy. The patty was meaty but had an odd, slightly raw smell to it. The sauces were decent, but they felt below average.

Also the Onion rings were burnt, not cooked properly and tasted like they were just deep fried straight out of the freezer.

Overall, it might be okay for a visit. But don’t come expecting lightning fast service or great taste...
