Being a first time lounge experience, RuPay Platinum card holders having your debit/credit cards issued by government banks, (mine Indian Bank) will have lounge access for one guest. If you want multiple of you to enter, then use more than one card. I was a lone traveller and a student having a student account in Indian Bank. (Note that government banks and RuPay combination is generous in providing Platinum cards to students and general savings account holders, private banks never do that... Thanks to IB and RuPay). If you have a card in this combination, check whether it's a platinum card... Because most of these cards will be Platinum. The absence of a supervisor or manager on-site is a critical aspect, as their presence is essential for addressing issues promptly and maintaining service standards.
