I visited your outlet recently and had an important meeting to attend, so I was seated for a few minutes before placing my order. It wasnât that I wasnât going to buy anything I absolutely intended to, once I got free from my work. However, I was disappointed when the staff insisted that I must immediately purchase something in order to continue sitting, despite the place not being crowded and there being no shortage of tables for other customers.
I would have completely understood if I was occupying space during a rush or preventing paying customers from being seated, but that was not the case here. As a professional, I value both my time and the businesses I support, and I did not wish to disturb your operations or affect your profits. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling unwelcome.
