On 20th Jan at 6.37am precisely I had a mini breakfast at Sangeeta's hotel in the Domestic Airport in Chennai , normally we expect it to be hot so that we wait for few secs/mins to consume it at the room temperature... .... But unfortunately to my surprise & many others too who were present at that time had a bitter experience of having both Idli & Vada in a very cold way... ... It was clearly visible that it was yesterday's leftovers & the restaurant people forgot to reheat it... .... When question about the same their immediate reaction was to refund the entire bill amount (including water bottle )... They charge 120₹ / Vada which is 10 times the roadside vendors, but the quality is 10 times worse than them..... If these kind of high end restaurants who charge exorbitant rates with such poor quality, should be immediately closed.... . . .

4-May-2024, 10:30pm Worstest service ever experienced in any airport. Especially at departures. I asked for Dosa, for which the lady at counter said that it will take 10 to 15 mins to deliver. Then she suggested that Pongal n Kichadi can be served immediately. So when I got ready to place the order the other girl at the counter asked me to wait to take the order. She was taking orders from few customers who came after me. It took 20mins for them to respond to me that it will take another 10mins to take the order. All these things happened in front of our kids. They were totally irritated out of hunger. I personally can reach out the Owner of Sangeetha in mins. But didn’t want to take such employees issues to him. Hope the Management take immediate action on those lethargic staffs and make them understand what time precious are these...
