Extremely Unsafe and Unhygienic – Avoid at All Costs

I recently visited this restaurant hoping for a decent experience, especially considering the 50% discount offer being promoted. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be deeply disappointing and concerning on multiple levels.

Unsafe Environment: The overall crowd at the restaurant felt extremely shady and unruly. There was absolutely no sense of security or proper management in place. No manager or owner was present during my visit, which speaks volumes about the lack of accountability and oversight.

Unprofessional and Inappropriate Staff: The most disturbing part was the behavior of the waiters. Several of them appeared to be intoxicated and were openly recording videos of female guests, including minors. This is a serious violation of privacy and basic decency. Their behavior was unprofessional, invasive, and made everyone deeply uncomfortable.

Poor Food Quality: The food served was stale and barely edible. It was clear that hygiene and freshness were not a priority. Even the basic dishes tasted off, and some items seemed to have been reheated multiple times.

No Management Presence: There was no responsible person available to address any of the issues. We tried to raise our concerns, but there was no one in charge to even acknowledge them. The place seemed completely neglected.

Not Suitable for Families or Women: Based on this experience, I strongly advise against visiting this place, especially for women or families. It felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and entirely mismanaged.

Final Verdict: Do not get lured by the heavy discount offers. The risk to personal safety, the lack of hygiene, and the inappropriate conduct of the staff make this restaurant a place to strictly avoid. There are far better and safer...

We a group of 5 people visited this place on Tuesday (23 May 2023) evening for dinner. Among 5 of us 2 were our guests from outside Lucknow. I thought of treating our guests with nice food and drink. But it was a nightmare, a horrible experience, maybe because we booked our seats through swiggy-dineout GIRF, which offers a 50% discount on the final bill. First disappointment was beer, they had only Bira Rise. We wanted cocktail American pie, waiter said they can't serve it, because bar tender will not able to prepare it. Among domestic whisky we asked for Black & White, they said not available, we settled for 100 pipers 12 yr. The assorted veg and non-veg platter were another disappointment, not worth the money, all items in 4 pieces, we were 5. Garden green pizza, Kadhai murg, tandoori roti were average, nothing appreciable. Music was loud and the volume kept on increasing. The waiter boy was shameless, it doesn't make any difference to him if the customer gets annoyed. In total we wasted money here. I don't recommend this place any time, especially during weekdays, all their employees would go on leave as they receive less guests. Don't book swiggy-dineout GFR and go to this place, they cheat you and force you to buy...

Though the taste of the food is good but the quantity and portion size is critically less. Also it's on the higher price side. You can visit it once a while but i would suggest going to other places as it's dishes don't have such a good taste that they can make this restaurant stand out . Also the restaurant has made it's own policy on service taxes and state that it's not voluntary but compulsory and if you try to make them remove the charge they will try to nullify your request by giving you reasons that "dineout se pay karne par service tax dena paddta hai " and if you tell them that there is no such rule they will say that today we are already giving 30 percent discount so the tax has to be payed and in the last when they finally sense that you are sensible and aware enough they will make you wait 10 minutes for a new bill.
