I do not have anything bad to say about the product. However only product is not important for a business. We had 2 bad experience there, In September, we ordered a birthday cake for our son which had to be delivered by 4 pm. It wasn’t ready till 6.30 pm and asked us to wait for 15 mins so that cake will be prepared but waited for more than 45 mins, cake wasn’t ready. When asked about the delay, staff said you can cancel the order. Latter we rushed to other cake shop And got it ready. Incident 2 : yesterday we walked in for a birthday cake, there were 3 issues waiting for us, ordered butter cream cake, they prepared fresh cream cake then we waited again. Then they billed for a fresh cream cake instead of butter cream. As a customer, we could adjust this, finally as we had other things purchased, to carry along with the cake we asked for a carry bag. As plastic is banned, we requested for a cloth or two paper bag, they mentioned that it is not available. As we were worried and asked how could we carry these many things, one of the staff was saying “AVALAVU AKKARAI IRUNDHAL BAG VEETULEY IRUNDEY KONDU VARA VENDIYEDU DHANEY” in a rude way is this the way to Handle a customer???!! Shame P.s. we are a regular customer and had given huge party orders many times there. I understand that it can’t be judged in a single incident as it is continuous I am writing...

WE WENT THERE ON SUNDAY EVENING 5 PM. ORDERED FOR VEG PUFF THE LADY NO STOCKS. THEN WE ORDERED TEA WAITED FOR NEARLY 20 MINUTES. IN BETWEEN THE LADY COMPULSORILY TOOK AN ORDER FROM US FOR A PANNEER SANCWICH. BUT ALREADY TEA CAME LATE SO WE DRANK THE TEA BEFORE GETTING COLD. EVEN AFTER 10 MINUTES OF THAT NO PANNEER SANDWICH DELIVERED. THEN I TOLD THAT LADY TO PARCEL IT WHEN READY TO TAKE HOME. EVEN AFTER THAT IT IS NOT READY. HENCE WE WENT AND PAID FOR THE TEA BUT THE OWNER MADAM ASKED THE LADY THAT'S ALL?? THEN THE LADY TOLD SANDWICH IS ORDERED. SO THE OWNER LADY TOLD ME TO PAY FOR THAT ALSO. I DENIED AS IT IS ALREADY HALF AN HOUR OVER. THE OWNER WAS TELLING ME THAT IT WILL TAKE TIME. I REPLIED MAKING SANDWICH SHOULD TAKE ONLY A FEW MINUTES AND NOT HALF AN HOUR OR ONE HOUR. YOU PLEASE ASK YOUR STAFF WHETHER IT IS READY? IF SHE SAYS YES I WILL TAKE IT. THEN OWNER ASKED THE LADY STAFF WHETHER IT IS READY? SHE IS ON THE BLINK. VERY POOR AND SLOW SERVICE. ONLY ONE ATTENDANT FOR 4-5 TABLES AND FOR THE COUNTER SALES ALSO....

I ordered redvelvet cake two days before my friends bday...it should be delivered by 4 pm....when i came to pick the cake at 6 30 pm the cake was not packed and the employee took a cake from the glass counter and rushed for writing the message....and the message also written wrongly...then while packing too some part of the cake fell down and with bare hands he took it and tried to connect it...then i shouted and then they went inside and came with the same cake with orange and brown wafers on it....it didn't look lik red velvet it was like a mess... while all these happening the owner or the person sitting in bill counter never came up see the cake even afte i said it's fully destroyed...and also when i ordered the cake two days before the butterscotch near to it had a dead fly over it...and i told them to take it outside... probably they would have removed it and kept again in the counter.... totally unhygienic place very careless attitude....i literally cried and took the cake because it was too late....worst...
