MADRAS MOMOS| STREET FOOD FACTORY — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Worst experience ever had.... MADRAS MOMOS (Ms. Swapna). If that person still working means please don't go there. Food is like an emotion. On 20th june we went to dmart to buy groceries. While returning home as we felt hungry we saw momo shop. Where Ms.Swapna was there. We were seeing the menu card. She was standing in opposite side didn't mention about the food availability. After ordering the food, she told us about the food, that we don't have non vegetarian. We just asked the person that you were seeing us that we are loooking to order. But you didn't mention us about the thing. The person Ms. Swapna was so rude and she used many words. We are very much disappointed. We know, the owner will not take any action about the incident we faced, because we called the person many times. She gave a number of a person and told he is the owner. But he didn't picked up our call. So please don't waste your time and money with this person's. I don't like to give even 1 star to...

Unacceptable Service at Madras Momos

I had a disappointing experience at Madras Momos due to the rude attitude of one of the staff members (Ms. Swapna) When I [my wife and I looking at menu for 5 mins and decided to order Chicken Momos. She said that it is not there we just asked her that we’re seeing the menu for last 5 mins you didn’t say that non veg is not available here. But she was murmuring [Verupu ethadheenga. Varavanga moojileya ooti iruku yaar enna sapduvanga nu] the staff member responded in a dismissive and rude tone.

The behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expect better service.
