Very very worst experience in Madras coffee house in Ashok nagar near KASI theater in signal ..

In the franchise totally 4 members are working ..They didn't even..listen the customer's words..simply they are talking with each other and doing theri work..

And customer experience was very worst...

I bought 2 coffee one for me and other one for stranger one old poor lady...

While giving coffee to old lady.. Working women...in franchise I dnt know her name..but who looks bit black and aged ..she is angry why You are giving to old lady...she is drinking infront of shop..tell her to go aside...

Wht is this...THIS IS THE WAY TO BEHAVE TO CUSTOMER..

WHY I NEED TO TELL HER GO.. Does franchise will pay money to them...or me ?

To be honest..my office area is in Olympia tech park..I am big addicted to Madras coffee house,so that is the only reason to come and taking some coffee..with my friends...and we are totally 7 members in group to drink a coffee daily in tht franchise...

Why I am telling means...don't miss regular customer to behaving like stupid...

While asking to that old lady...other 2 people are laughing behind her..so what is happening here...

@madras coffee house...kindly look into this....Dnt loose your reputation to hving this kind of staffs..

Take an immediate action..for all of 4 people..thay are not working in peak hours as well simply time passing while taking eachother with theri...

Found a bug in the coffee given. When told to the staff immediately, he was arguing that it would have fallen after it was given. Also the counter where they prepare coffee was filled with live and dead bugs. The place is not kept clean and they don't worry about hygiene on the food they serve though they charge the same price for coffee as that of an AC restaurant. Also the behaviour was unfriendly to the customer, never accepted the mistake and didn't apologize at all. They still charged for the coffee and just before leaving he asked in a rude manner if we wanted to replace it for namesake. Gave 3 star rating for the taste of food and quality. 1 star for staff, atmosphere...

Very worst quality. Taste is not good. Cost also very high. I have ordered 1 boost which cost Rs.40. But the taste was very poor also thickness of the milk is also very diluted. So I can't able to drink, so I asked to add another boost packed cost Rs.5 for taste. Atlast they charged me a bill amount of Rs.60. ( Rs.40 for Boost and Rs.20 for extra 5 rupee boost packet). Then I asked why are u charging Rs.20 for Rs.5 boost packet. He said it's this shop tarrif. After ne reduced Rs.10 and asked to Pay Rs.50 for 1 boost. So they are cheating and also poor quality over the product. So not recommended. Also I gonna complaint this...
