Cookie man shop in airport is not recommendable shop Day robbery they are doing I have purchased macaroons pack on June 5th night at 11:00 pm Which they sold the pack as 50 percent offer price Rs.590 , I came in hurry to board the flight. Later only came to know the packs itself out of expiry which is till 4th of June and a price is mrp rs. 590 Very worst and forgery shop. Moreover store is not hygenic . Day loot they are betraying each and every customer with their false word's Since in air port all r in hurry to board the flight. So they are thinking everybody on hurry they will not see this kind of forgery. They are looter's who are all not deserve to in market . This should be raise to food department and ffsai dept. Please don't buy anything in store it will spoil the health due to their expired products.

The Cookie Man in the Airport is not a recommendable place for a South India Filter Coffee. At best it is an average Coffee. No flavour or aroma. The cleanliness of the place is again average. WHEN WE PAY 200 RUPEES for a single cup of coffee we expect a certain quality which is not certainly not there. Very disappointed . I recommend the South Indian Filter coffee of Krispy Kreme which is far better and certainly cheaper at 160 rupees. Will save you a bomb and get a better experience. Sad to see that an American Chain is giving us a better Local coffee than a home grown chain and the American Chain is cheaper. Wake up Cookie Man !!!!! You guys are losing out to an outsider.

While taking the order she said she will be serving a fresh tea. Then she just dipped tea bag inside a cup put it inside a micro oven. It was tasting pathetic as she was reheating everything. Never ever try tea in this outlet. If they are good in making cookies and brownies they should be doing that only not entering to other areas where they are not expert in. This outlet is at Chennai airport.

Dear Management!

Just grabbed two donuts from you past midnight. After paying the bill, I snapped a pic of the outlet for a review, like everyone else does, and your dude behind the counter practically throws a fit about "no photography." Hilarious! I checked your Google reviews, and guess what I found? Tons of pics of your shop. So either get on the same page with your rules, or tell Google to ditch your listing altogether. Also, tastewise the donuts were not up to the mark!

P.S. Don't get all huffy with reviewers. We're not after free donuts! We're paying for the food and giving you unconditional "free publicity!"

Never felt so insulted. Will never recommend this...
