Before our flight from Chennai to Ahmedabad, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful coffee at a cafe in the airport. The cafe, a "Coffee Day" outlet, was a welcome sight and offered a much-needed break from the bustling terminal. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, with various seating options that allowed us to relax and prepare for our journey. The coffee itself was a delightful experience. We ordered a cappuccino, which was served hot with a lovely heart design in the foam, a simple touch that made the moment feel special. The coffee was rich, aromatic, and had a perfect balance of flavor. It was not just a beverage but a small moment of indulgence that helped us feel refreshed and rejuvenated. The cafe's bar area was well-stocked and manned by courteous staff. We were impressed by the variety of drinks available, including not only coffee but also beers and wines, as shown on their menu. The a la carte and drink menu offers a comprehensive selection, which is great for travelers with different preferences. The bar setup was clean and professional, adding to the overall positive impression. Our time at the cafe was truly refreshing. The delicious coffee and comfortable environment served as a perfect way to relax before boarding our flight. The experience was a testament to the fact that even a simple pleasure like a good cup of coffee can make a significant difference to one's travel experience. It was a perfect final memory of our...

Customer satisfaction is not about coffee and billing alone and I thought this...
