Hotel Shree Venkateswara — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Right from the moment we arrived, the customer service was terrible. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in attending to guests properly. What shocked us most was that they refused to parcel our food simply because we didn’t want to eat it there. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Most decent restaurants offer parcels without any issue — why is this hotel doing the opposite?

The food was equally disappointing. We ordered a mini tiffin and found it to be of very poor quality. The poori was bad, the mini masala dosa was cold and tasteless, and the overall meal felt like a waste of money. There was no cleanliness in the dining area, and the entire environment gave off a bad vibe.

To make matters worse, the management seemed to support the waiters’ rude behavior instead of addressing it. It felt like there was no regard for customer satisfaction at all. Compared to other places nearby — especially Murthy’s — this hotel falls far behind in both service and food quality.

I was regular customer for this hotel to day it was the worst experience with the staff I bought 4 idly and one milk bikies biscuit and paid 200 but staff didn't said how much and even gave bill and just gave back me rs23 and and gave the parcel I was asking how much but didn't reply and standing near the hotel stair case saw mrp of buiscuit and it was 25 and went and asked the person within a minute he told that he gave me 123 and told me not to cheat him and i shouted at him and asked him to call the owner he replied he is not there then told him to Check the cctv footage and give I no need ur parcel and money he paid me back and for ever will not go to the hotel worst experience of the staff and they don't have manners to listen or to think what to do just throw words on customers and spoil the reputation of hotel and hurting...

Worst customer service. Very worst supplier. Don't go to this hotel. Murthys is better thaan Venkateshwara hotel. Very very bad hotel experience ever.
