Unacceptable and Harassing Behavior by Staff

I am appalled by the behavior of one of the employees at Hot Bread. My mother had parked her car near the entrance of the bakery. Instead of politely informing her about the parking issue, the employee aggressively approached her, yelling and scaring her to the point of trembling. She had intended to visit the shop, but even after she explained this, the harassment continued inside.

This kind of treatment towards a customer is completely unacceptable. While we acknowledge the parking mistake, there are appropriate and respectful ways to address such issues. Harassing and intimidating a customer, especially an elderly one, is utterly disgraceful. This experience left my mother so shaken that she was even scared to drive back home.

Hot Bread needs to seriously address the behavior of its staff. Such disgusting conduct is intolerable, and I hope the management takes immediate action to ensure no other customer has to go through this...

Having been a loyal patron of hot breads since I first discovered it, I can confidently say it remains my all-time favourite bakery. Established in 1989, this charming spot has stood the test of time, consistently offering an array of delectable treats that delight the senses.

What sets this apart is the sheer quality and variety of its offerings. The breads are always fresh, with a crusty exterior and soft, flavourful interior—perfect for any meal. Their sandwiches are a must-try, packed with fresh ingredients and creative combinations that never disappoint.

The cakes and desserts are good. The desserts showcase a perfect balance of texture and flavour.

The cosy ambiance and friendly staff add to their charm.

Delicious Chocolate Gift Box: A Review

I recently had the pleasure of trying a delicious chocolate gift box from Hot Breads. The box contained 7 different chocolate center pieces, each with a different flavor and an attractive appearance. My favorite chocolate center piece was the one with the hazelnut filling, but all of the chocolates were delicious.

The chocolate was high quality and did not melt, even though I carried it on without a freezer. The box was also very useful after I finished eating the chocolates. I used it to store other small items, such as jewelry and hair accessories.
