I booked a few days in advance via WhatsApp . The environment is comfortable with Japanese-style decor, and the seating is cozy with charging outlets available. Upon arrival, I was greeted with mini hot tea and cookies. There is currently a 20% discount (May 2024), but I'm not sure how long it will last. On birthdays, the discount goes up to 40%. The hair wash pressure was just right, and the neck and shoulder massage was a blessing for someone like me who sits at a desk for long hours.
