I am writing with regards to the unpleasant experience that I encountered recently whilst in The Infinity Massage Penuin. I am a Singaporean travelling to Batam with my family members on a short getaway trip. My cousin planned to get a spa for everyone and decided that this was a best choice place to go to get spa and foot massage. My cousin paid for all family members present including me for a 2 hours foot massage.

During the start of my two-hours foot massage, this soft behaviour masseur acted inappropriately with his actions while massaging my foot. He gauge to start conversation with me in intense and sensitive questions that despite of this cause, has let me to be in an undispleasure and uncomfortable situation to be in. The masseur would keep on looking back whilst massaging my foot and continue to carry on asking unpleasant questions towards me. I felt disgusted and wanted to walk off by giving excuse that I wanted to go to the mens room. The soft behaviour masseur even intended to follow me and this has cause great suspicion that this masseur is up to something.

It was really creepy. This has gone beyond the red line for me and not less than ten minutes, I was out of the premises leaving my family members there. I ran over to Aston Hotel to cool myself down and contacted my cousin who is having his spa. I feel insecure, frustrated and disgusted by the inappropriate actions and manners of the soft behaviour masseur. I feel disturbed by this and has cause a fear in me in my first experience at a massage spa.

I told my cousin regarding this matter and he told me to come to his room in which he was indeed having his spa. It was a waste of time and money that has cause me in my situation that I have experienced there. My cousin and the massueur in the room calmed me down and told me that the behaviour of the soft behaviour masseur has inflict trauma in me as it was also a first time experience going to a massage and spa shop. I would like to lodge a complaint about this stated matter as this matter is a case of outrage of modesty.

I hope the Director or the person in charge of this company, The Infinity Massage Penuin, received this complaint report with high priority and take action against this the masseur as stated in this complaint. It has allay great displeasure, discomfort, disgust and humility that has affected me with trauma in this bad experience. I hope the company could educate the staffs there with better work professionalism and provide them with trainings with regards to customer values and lessons conducted about modesty. I had an excellent experience with my masseuse, Ms. Putri. Despite fasting, she demonstrated remarkable strength and skill throughout the session. My body felt deeply relaxed, with each crack and release of tension throughout my body providing a soothing, almost therapeutic sensation. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Ms. Putri was not only professional but also friendly and humorous, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. She was very attentive, reminding us to use the restroom before and after the massage, and even escorted us out while preparing drinks for us afterward.

The treatment itself was thorough and customized to my needs. Ms. Putri expertly cracked my neck and back, which was incredibly relieving. Both my sister and I opted for the Balinese Mix Thai Aroma massage, which included aromatherapy oil that needed to be wiped off at the end. My masseuse carefully wiped down my back, hands, and legs, leaving me feeling completely refreshed and ready to go.

Unfortunately, my sister’s experience did not meet the same standard. Her masseuse, Ms. Ani, was neither friendly nor attentive; she didn’t greet us, and the massage felt much less effective. Throughout the session, she seemed to pull a long face. The pressure applied during the shoulder massage was weak, and at times, it even felt like a pinch rather than a soothing technique. Ms. Ani also did not offer to crack my sister’s neck, which was a noticeable difference from my treatment. Furthermore, while masseuse wiped down my back, hands, and legs, Ms. Ani only wiped my back and hands, leaving her legs untouched.

To make matters worse, we were disappointed by an unprofessional remark made by Ms. Ani to Ms. Putri when she complimented us: "Ngga usah dipuji-puji, Putri, ngga ada uang kecilnya itu," implying that she was sarcastically asking for a tip. This left a negative...

I booked a one-hour Aroma Mix Thai massage for my family at The Infinity Penuin and had a terrible experience. The poor service and attitude were clear, especially compared to a recent massage at another establishment.

The staff failed to ask basic questions, like whether we needed the restroom before the session. Though we booked for four people, only three masseuses were greeted us at first. We excused ourselves to go the toilet before the massage, and when coming back from the toilet, a masseuse (who ended up being the one assigned to me) rudely beckoned me with an angry hand gesture, which was upsetting. The rushed foot wash left our feet slippery and soapy, and the staff didn’t guide us to the treatment rooms afterward.

From past experiences, we understand that they have to wash their hands (wash off the oil), get hot towels, etc. However, during the massage, the masseuses frequently left for unreasonably long periods and spent more time chatting with each other than focusing on us. At one point, they even opened the curtain between my sister and I, just to continue their conversation. Disposable underwear was not provided, despite the use of heated oil, and the overall professionalism was lacking.

Upon leaving, I was met with a glare and an unfriendly attitude by my masseuse. She did not even come down to offer ginger tea like the other masseuses. I left right after my massage.
